You may notice there are large differences in Class fees. This is because we charge cost of goods for the class & donations to The Ark and Instructors
- Cost of Goods for the Class +
- 10% for handouts, printing & smaller items not included in cost of goods like tape, glue, etc. (sometimes helps with future tool replacements) +
- Cost of Class Per Student
Donations also welcome!
We try to keep the costs down so that it stays affordable for everyone, and hopefully some donations will find there way to instructors to help compensate their expertise & valuable time as well. Scripturally, we shouldn’t charge for ministry, and we didn’t want that clash between profit and ministry, so we chose to structure it this way. If you can’t afford a donation, you are still very encouraged to sign up for classes!
We also keep classes very small so that we give each student the instruction they need. We would rather have more of the same class than 1 big class.
